Objectively speaking, setting aside the drawbacks, the salary is actually about average. There are also some colleagues who are genuinely committed to improving the company’s work environment. Once certain people are gone, work can actually be quite enjoyable.

There is a senior executive who does nothing, usually treats himself as the PM, hides whenever something comes up, and tells everyone to listen to him when nothing is happening.

He adjusts the organizational structure himself, keeps expanding his own power, and takes on fewer and fewer responsibilities.

He plays office politics and still thinks everyone wants to play along with him. Little does he know that the people under him only want to work seriously.

He keeps trying to get rid of people who do not listen to him, so we have to play along with him and join him in targeting the engineers.

The engineers are truly pitiful. Even though we are understaffed, they are constantly attacked by him.

Nothing ever gets finished, and progress targets cannot be met.

Sometimes the business logic he comes up with is truly laughable.

A mid-level manager (who thinks they are a senior executive) is in a relationship with him, forcing us to take sides even more. How pathetic.
