Compensation: Monthly salary of NT$33,000 or more

The interview took place in the first half of 2024.

It is recommended that you carefully review the following points before deciding whether to interview for “any position” at this company.

1. Applicants must not have any type of hepatitis (types A, B, C, D, E, etc.). During the interview, you will be informed that Fisher is a GMP factory and that, under its internal regulations, all employees must undergo regular health examinations to comply with regulations.

2. Whether your field of study matches the field specified for the position you are applying for.

3. The company has internal regulations regarding job rotation. There is a very high possibility of being transferred to a position unrelated to the one applied for without prior notification.

P.S. “Five Principles for Job Transfers”

Article 10-1 of the Labor Standards Act stipulates that when an employer transfers an employee to another position, in addition to not violating the employment contract, the following principles must be observed:

* The transfer must be necessary for business operations and must not be based on improper motives or purposes. However, where otherwise provided by law, those provisions shall prevail.

* No unfavorable changes may be made to the employee’s wages or other working conditions.

* The employee must be physically and technically capable of performing the new position after the transfer.

* If the transfer involves a work location that is too far away, the employer must provide necessary assistance.

* The employee’s and their family’s living interests must be taken into consideration.

Under the internal job-rotation regulations, there is a high possibility of being transferred, without consent, to a position unrelated to the one applied for.

The interview process took approximately 70 minutes. The written test before the supervisor interview was lengthy and disproportionate to the company’s size.
