One shift; usually leave work on time
Paychecks are issued on time
The administrative management is very poor (basically, there is no management; supervisors just slack off and use empty rhetoric)
There is no comprehensive training. After being shown something once on the job, you are expected to know how to do it immediately.
There are no performance evaluations; promotions depend on chance.
Group performance bonuses are rarely awarded.
There are no employee dinners, only the annual spring banquet.
There are no employee trips.
Employees may receive maintenance services once a month at a branch of the parent company.
Gift money for the three major holidays + a birthday bonus.
All of the above benefits are handled through a monthly benefits fund deduction.
The year-end bonus is very small.
Except for annual leave, the rest of the leave policy is a mystery.
