Simply liking manga isn’t enough—you have to absolutely, passionately love manga, to the point that you can’t imagine living without it. This is a job powered by love, and every day you go to work entirely fueled by your passion for manga.
The owner treats employees with very little respect, treating them as disposable.
She is always issuing random orders, having an outsider manage the experts, and casually breaking the rules she herself established, which makes it very difficult to get things done.
Even putting aside how the effort often produces half the results, the company clearly makes money, but she uses it all to buy houses. We work so hard, yet our salaries still haven’t increased. It’s already 2024, and jobs requiring professional skills still pay under 30,000—saying that out loud would only get you laughed at.
Employees are under a lot of pressure; many people have very short tempers and also like to gossip about others.
