A company without core values and with poor internal communication is like a night market full of somewhat dirty stalls, making people feel confused and chaotic everywhere—not merely because of unreasonable cost control. It does not communicate the company’s policies, decisions, and expectations clearly or honestly, and makes decisions based on individuals rather than principles. This ultimately leads to an image crisis. Friendly and professional attitudes are also important, yet the training provided is completely ineffective. When problems arise, no one apologizes or resolves them promptly, so the company cannot win customers’ goodwill. The same applies within the company: losing respect and integrity undermines the foundation for building good relationships.
