Pros
The HR staff are friendly.
Cons
The requirements are extensive, but the pay is not high… It feels like there are hardly any benefits.
The supervisor also seems not to have reviewed the applicant’s résumé before the interview…
If you have no experience working with government agencies or drafting official documents, there’s no need to waste your time attending the interview, because the boss will simply walk out of the interview… It feels quite disrespectful to job applicants.
