A unique experience
A frustrating work environment: they push you out before paying the year-end bonus. For employees who have worked the entire year without any misconduct, they say bonuses or profit sharing should be provided, yet taunt you that even if you stubbornly refuse to leave, they still will not give you a year-end bonus. All employees are required to take responsibility for their work, but overtime pay is not provided as required by the Labor Standards Act. Other forms of performance rewards are handled opaquely. Colleagues who fake their qualifications spend all day flattering others, while those who find this unfair are excluded. This is a true story. Transferring to a new company and seeking out a more supportive company or team may be the best way to solve the problem.
