Pros
I don't know, maybe being able to play a playlist and listen to music at work counts as one.
Cons
A feudal landlord system: seeing tenant farmers idle is more unbearable than having no harvest oneself. The pie smells delicious, but what the hell are you, a servant, thinking? The pie is only for landlords and nobles to eat.
