1. The interview was easy because they were short-staffed.
2. It’s a small company with very few employees.
1. The boss doesn’t understand technology.
2. The boss doesn’t respect professional expertise.
3. The boss often goes back on what they say. One second they say to do A, and the next they scold you for not doing B, while also expecting you to read their mind.
4. LINE keeps buzzing constantly, whether on weekdays or holidays. They often tag you on holidays, then when the agreed meeting time arrives, they reschedule it three or four times.
5. They’ll say that because you have a bachelor’s degree, your logic is different from someone with a master’s degree. If you want to experience what it feels like to be disrespected, you can come here.
6. They don’t pay you for working overtime on holidays. They’ll say it’s a problem with your abilities. There is no application system; everything is based entirely on what the boss decides on their own.
7. They lay people off arbitrarily, sometimes telling them not to come to work starting the very next day, resulting in no handover documents.
