A decent environment and workplace, but recruitment by HR needs improvement
Some newly hired employees on the morning shift stay in their work areas scrolling on their phones the entire time. Even when others tell them not to keep scrolling, they continue doing it.
Everyone has urgent matters. People allow you to bring your phone because certain tasks require it—not so you can sit there scrolling and making phone calls, right?
Even when working together in the same group, they keep using their phones with both hands while carrying out the work. If they want to play that badly, could they please go back home and do it there?
They do not listen when others explain what they should pay attention to during the work. After upsetting others, they just respond, “Yes, it’s all my fault; you’re never wrong~!@#$%^&.” Is this a normal workplace culture? This is already affecting other people.
If they do not care about the job this much, why come here at all?
Please improve this kind of workplace culture.
Just because people make things convenient for you does not mean you can take advantage of it.
