Can't think of any... really can't think of any.
I left the company many years ago. Based on my experience while I was employed there, employees criticized the following:
1. Employees had to support Tzu Chi activities on holidays and also purchase the blue-sky-and-white-cloud uniform at their own expense.
2. The company forced newly hired female employees to attend Tzu Chi's “Hui Zhi Lan Xin” course. If they missed more than a certain number of hours, they had to pay for the course themselves.
3. Female office employees had to take turns staffing the security office on Saturdays.
4. Employees had to take turns cleaning the restrooms.
5. The company occasionally provided “expired” snacks.
6. Employees had to perform dances on stage for guests at the spring banquet.
