Colleagues are all very friendly at first.

During the interview, some policies and regulations are downplayed or described evasively. Applicants are advised to carefully ask about the salary structure and think very carefully about whether they are willing to spend their own money on the job out of goodwill! The initial friendliness is only an illusion. In reality, everyone is secretly watching you closely. There are also inconsistencies between what is said at the beginning and what actually happens later. For example, you may repeatedly confirm whether a situation should be handled in a certain way, and your internal supervisor will respond, “Yes!” But when it actually happens, they will ask you, “Is this how you’re supposed to do it?” If you point out that you confirmed it beforehand, the supervisor may become angry and sarcastically criticize you, saying, “Your attitude is the problem!”

The company’s supervisors—not just one of them—have poor emotional intelligence and love to follow SOPs rigidly. Anything outside the SOP is considered wrong, regardless of whether it is actually correct. Therefore, I personally think this workplace is fairly suitable for people who like to work mindlessly, but even blindly following instructions does not necessarily mean you are doing the right thing! It gives off the feeling that officials are allowed to set fires, but ordinary people are not even allowed to light a lamp.
