Would you say this is an advantage or a disadvantage? You can wear shorts and flip-flops to work; I can't think of anything else... Does having snacks and drinks in the refrigerator that you can take count? That's it. Sometimes you have to wait for them to be restocked. Two days off per week? Public holidays off? Those are pretty standard, right?
The work atmosphere is like a bunch of middle schoolers—or cliques of high school students. All day long, it's about who is close to whom and what this or that person did. They say one thing but do another. Work is already exhausting, and you still have to worry about this kind of nonsense. If a certain supervisor dislikes you, be prepared for mental torture!
Also, lunch isn't provided. You can order boxed lunches with the others, but it's an endless rotation of only three or four places, and they all cost around 100, plus they're very greasy... You'd be better off bringing your own; there is a microwave!
If you're just starting your career, you could go in and test the waters. It seems like many people left within a year; from what I heard, the reasons were all arguments? Incompatibility?
It just feels like a complete mess 😂
