A company that likes to test the limits of legality under the Labor Standards Act. I worked there for a little over a year and experienced many examples, such as:
1. Not allowing you to take compensatory leave for working on holidays, requiring you to use annual leave instead
2. Refusing to convert annual leave into money and pressuring people to take compensatory leave
3. Despite the fact that overtime was clearly worked, not allowing employees to claim overtime
4. When resigning, not allowing employees to take their remaining annual leave and requiring all of it to be converted into wages
They like to call themselves a “happy enterprise,” but in reality, the turnover rate among young employees is high, leaving behind a group of unproductive old-timers whose only job at work is to pass the buck. Although the company’s business volume is shrinking and it is increasingly unable to make money, management has not improved its products or services; they only want to make money through sales-training scripts ㄏ
Most managers do not like solving problems; instead, they like solving the people who raise them. Be aware that quite a few managers have serious emotional issues and enjoy verbally bullying people.
