Political infighting is severe, and job performance is not necessarily positively correlated with the opinions of people close to management.

Managers lack ability and only know how to put on an act, finding ways to make subordinates cover for and conceal their own shortcomings.

The workload is very heavy, and the division of labor is uneven.

Before the interview, the manager said that overtime would not be required and that they would share the workload, but it was all a lie.

When you are unwilling to cooperate with working overtime, the company starts freezing you out. If they cannot drive you away, they dismiss you instead. Because they are afraid of being reported, they say it is because you do not fit the company culture (?).

They then tell current employees that it is a personal problem and use rumors to vilify the person who was dismissed.

Later, after talking with several former employees, I found that the pattern was almost the same.

Experienced workers who are not good at currying favor and flattering others should absolutely not go there.
