They sent me an offer through a job bank and told me I had been hired. I then resigned from my previous company, which also required a 10-day notice period. After receiving the “offer” and starting work at this company, they suddenly told me on my second day that there would be a “second interview.” After the second interview, HR said that because of an issue with the company’s “interview process,” management felt that I was “unsuitable” for the job. When I asked my direct supervisor what was going on, she only said that she had also been “called in for a meeting” that afternoon. I really don’t know what kind of company this is—there was still a “second interview” after receiving an offer, and they even told me to leave because of their own “internal issues.” It’s truly speechless.
