One month between March and April 2024,

I advise anyone planning to work at the Mingfeng franchise store in Xizhi to think twice.

On my first day at work, I already wanted to beat up the younger brother who was training me. He was only 19, but acted like he was the boss—a fat kid. His tone wasn't bad at first,

but since I was a new employee, how could I possibly have mastered everything on the first day? On the first day, he expected me to quickly prepare black tea and milk tea for customers.

I followed the proportions on the SOP sheet, so I worked a little more slowly, and he even made an annoyed, dismissive sound.

Does he think new employees are superheroes?

That wasn't even the worst of it. He said I had to independently brew the black tea the next day?

WTF! How did your mother raise you to turn out like this?

Is your mother not afraid that you might get beaten to death once you leave this place?

The next day, he really did leave me to brew the black tea. Who could remember everything?

When I asked about the proportions and quantities, he rolled his eyes at me many times.

With behavior like that, he really is going to get beaten someday. At the time, I continued to endure it.

Then the timer rang, and he told me that the timer had gone off.

I replied, “Okay!” He responded, “Okay? Aren't you going over there? Aren't you going to move?”

Hello! I'm two twelve-year cycles older than you, at least. What kind of tone is that?

I continued to put up with it without talking back. Later, he stood with his hands on his hips watching me brew the black tea, and that impatient tone appeared again.

When it was time to open the store and put on the hat and apron,

I simply changed back into my regular clothes and walked out.

The store manager asked what was wrong, and I said loudly, “No one can keep working under the way he trains people!”

I was actually very polite and didn't confront him when I left.

I only raised my voice deliberately so he could hear me. Also,

the old POS machine at the counter belongs to his mother, although she isn't the store manager. How could she not know that she raised a child like this?
