There are no Dragon Boat Festival or Mid-Autumn Festival bonuses, but during the interview they said the year-end bonus would be more than two months’ salary. I haven’t received it yet, so I don’t know whether it was just an empty promise.
Working hours: 9:00–17:00 (these are only the official hours; it is a deemed-work-hours system with no overtime pay, but overtime on holidays is paid)
Company benefits: Only those required by the Labor Standards Act
Work environment: The office is cramped. The company is essentially a corrugated-metal factory office; it is very hot in summer, there are lots of mosquitoes and other insects, and there are also cockroaches...
Job duties: Order processing, inbound and outbound shipment management, lifting heavy items, and accompanying sales staff when they go out
Special notes:
You are expected to work unpaid overtime on weekdays under the deemed-work-hours system.
You are expected to work overtime voluntarily on holidays, but overtime pay is provided.
You must accompany sales staff when they go out, and you are expected to dress in an office-lady style when outside.
The company wants obedient employees who will let themselves be exploited!
