The person in charge here is truly the worst I've ever encountered...
What exactly is wrong emotionally?
Why are you so fond of belittling employees' dignity? You speak without thinking, even deceive employees, and recklessly rummage through employees' bags right in front of them?
You treat employees this way and still have the nerve to keep increasing the workload. Your audacity is even greater than it appears...
Honestly: winning awards is one thing; the way you conduct yourself is another.
No one will tolerate your misconduct indefinitely just because you've won awards.
You show so little respect for "everyone" around you—what makes you think everyone should respect you?
I believe everyone who has worked with you,
whether former employees or contractors, must feel the same way.
