Because of personal relationships, management protects people even when their performance is poor, so they face no consequences. Everything is driven by efficiency, but in the end, the workload becomes so overwhelming that it feels unreal, and there is no one to turn to—it is poorly paid, exhausting work.

Just like farmers who produce coffee often do not receive compensation commensurate with their hard work. The deductions are severe, and there is no fair performance evaluation system. The savings from cutting these costs are not converted into benefits or salaries. It is simply a very unstable work environment. Many capable employees feel like discarded toys, become frustrated, and choose to leave.
