Position applied for: Graphic Design
Interviewer: Probably the owner
1. The owner was very approachable—not the kind of boss who makes people feel pressured. She was talkative without resorting to pleasantries or vague, empty talk. The interview process was pleasant.
2. It seems that people in this position tend to stay for quite a long time. Based on the information inferred from the conversation, there have probably been no more than three people in the past 10 years. The low turnover rate suggests that it is likely a good company.
3. The company is more concerned with how quickly work can be produced, and the designs are primarily for e-commerce. Compared with the work at general companies, which requires contacting printing companies, large-format printing vendors, sign companies, and many other suppliers, the work is relatively straightforward. Those with more than two years of graphic design experience should have little to worry about.
1. There is no marketing planning or sales staff to collaborate with, so a relatively high level of independent working ability is required. You may also need to handle some simple miscellaneous tasks.
2. The office and warehouse are combined, so there is no spacious, clean, and bright working environment. The workplace is located beneath an interchange, so extra attention should be paid to transportation when commuting.
3. There are an enormous number of product items, so organizing the related documents and design files requires extra care.
