Bonuses are getting smaller and smaller; the company’s actual name is Hung Rui Zhen Sandwiches.
Bonuses are getting smaller and smaller, and the company’s situation is becoming increasingly chaotic. They bring in a bunch of people who can’t even properly fill out reports or calculate inventory.
Whether colleagues or supervisors, they’re all at this level. They can be late to open the store and treat it as perfectly normal, or suddenly fail to show up during an agreed-upon support shift. No wonder both the full-time employees and part-time workers I know are resigning one after another. I don’t know whether I haven’t worked here long enough, or whether most companies are like this??
