During the interview, HR makes an effort to encourage people without experience to join, and the manager also conducts the interview personally. The process does not feel stressful.
The position is based on a responsibility system, with no overtime pay or compensatory leave, especially for those handling customers on the front line.
Working more than 9–10 hours a day is the norm, and the company does not seem to care and continues to push employees... because those earning the basic salary are not considered to have made any sacrifices or worked hard.
Those who propose performance bonuses or salary increases are even verbally abused. It is a very authoritarian company with a boss-like mentality that does not value its employees.
