Punctual working hours?!
It’s best if you can work with a manager in the United States.
1. The salary is lower than the general market rate, but they say they make up for it with stock (the stock price depends on the price when you can buy or sell it).
2. You can’t claim overtime pay or compensatory time off, and it’s also quite strange that there are no records of violations of the Labor Standards Act.
3. Internal work assignments are extremely chaotic; each function has further functions within it.
4. There are many relatives and well-connected people, and many people who don’t understand the situation.
