Pros
Occasionally treats you to a meal and forces you to eat
Every month, you have to pray and eat a shared meal
It feels just like eating a shared meal during the Lunar New Year
Most of the time, it feels unpleasant
Cons
Like most companies, it has exploitation issues
Whoever joins is out of luck
