I work in the field. The work is flexible; everyone handles their own responsibilities, and when it’s time to clock out, you can leave. The colleagues are easy to get along with.

The company is very large and offers year-end bonuses, so it can serve as a stepping stone.

The salary is low—basically just the base pay. The male manager next to me is overly controlling; besides work, he also lectures people about their character.

The fieldwork aspect depends on how well each person adapts.

Moreover, the company’s business as a whole has been gradually shrinking. Although it still has its largest business—selling semiconductor manufacturing materials to TSMC—another area is the photocopier business. However, without growth among large companies and with the technology no longer continuing to advance, in the current poor economic environment, people will basically choose cheaper machines or ones with comparable technology.

Before I left, we were basically just dismantling and removing machines.
