None!
I had already heard that this company had a poor reputation: sure enough, it really is a small company, and the supervisors are also expected to do the work of three people each (when understaffed, an entire department may have only one person).
You often have to work overtime because of the staff shortage; if you are unwilling to cooperate, the boss will keep an eye on you. Most importantly, the salary is considerably lower than the industry average, and the year-end bonus is at most one month’s pay. The company is in a sunset phase, with limited prospects for development. The boss is also preparing to hand the company over to a second-generation successor, and the process has thrown the company into turmoil. Many long-term employees have resigned one after another, and although new employees are being hired every day, none stay for long. Anyone interested should think carefully and enter with caution!!!
I really do not recommend it: I left after working there for about a year because I could not take it anymore.
The reason is that the old-school boss is extremely stingy. The company often requires overtime (non-production-line workers are not paid overtime). There are many orders, but every year they say they have not made any money, so employee trips are simply canceled—while houses, yachts, supercars, and large-displacement motorcycles keep being purchased. Furthermore, the location is remote and transportation is extremely inconvenient (unless you drive).
Most importantly, it is a family business, and many employees are relatives of the owners. Naturally, long-term employees from outside the family cannot stay, while new employees do not stay for long either!
