1. Good relationships among colleagues
2. Close to the MRT station
Cons
1. The boss is emotionally unstable and often takes it out on everyone
2. Everything must be approved by the boss
3. Taking leave is difficult, as the boss will make things difficult
4. The boss often assigns work just before the end of the workday
