You have your responsibilities: ensuring quality and preventing defective products from being released is your job. You are truly working hard and risking eye strain, but just because you are good at identifying problems, that does not mean we should have to watch your expressions or moods. I don't know what you are acting so arrogant about. You even distinguish between levels: when you are in a good mood, you put on a pleasant face and are easy to talk to, but when you are in a bad mood, you respond in a very impolite and harsh manner. When there is a large volume of items to inspect, we still get criticized. You have your difficulties, but we also simply forward items to you for inspection according to the information provided. Yet you still throw a tantrum. You could tell your superiors not to inspect them and save yourselves this trouble.

Whenever an evaluation is coming up, you start looking for problems indiscriminately. That would be one thing, but every day a different person patrols the line, and each person has different standards: this is acceptable, but that is not. Every day, we are repeatedly asked the same questions. Is this company comparing people or holding a competition? Every day it is all about efficiency, efficiency, efficiency, yet we also have to guard against the QA staff. If you offend them, they start digging up a whole bunch of trivial issues and pointing out where the problems are. Why are we working at this Gami company—in order to read people's moods or to compete over efficiency? Although outside instructors have been invited to provide training, what has actually improved?
