The company is not large, with a small number of employees.
Work regular hours and almost never work overtime.
Suitable for people who want a relaxed job and have no particular ambitions.
There is little room for salary increases,
and even if an increase is agreed upon during the interview, it may not actually happen later.
The salary includes a perfect-attendance bonus, which is extremely unreasonable.
The year-end bonus is fixed at one month’s salary; only the bonuses for the three major holidays are relatively decent.
There are no childbirth, marriage, or bereavement allowances, and there are very few employee benefits.
It is a family business, and decisions have to go through all four bosses.
The four bosses have different opinions every time, making it difficult to get things done.
Several people work on the same task simultaneously, which is extremely wasteful of time.
Employees are required to have systems, but the bosses themselves have no system; employees must improve the so-called systems and regulations according to the bosses’ logic.
They do not trust employees or their expertise.
Everything requires an extremely detailed report.
