The office is located in an ordinary mixed-use commercial and residential building. The environment is rudimentary and unpleasant, and the company has few employees and is small in scale.
There are no benefits, only a fixed year-end bonus equivalent to one month’s salary. The salary is neither particularly low nor particularly high.
The quality of the staff at this company is extremely poor. After a job applicant was hired but did not report for work, they applied to the company again several months later. The company’s staff then attacked the applicant with inappropriate remarks, criticized the applicant’s work attitude and job-seeking activities, and even said that this would cause the applicant to be blacklisted in the industry.
