The company has bidets and a parking lot :)
The company's managers discriminate against women. For example, they directly ask during interviews whether candidates plan to have children, and shamelessly say that they need to consider things from the company's standpoint. They have also said to people's faces not to take menstrual leave just because they are entitled to it. In addition, there are many problems at work, including unclear communication that causes trouble for both sides. Managers also use tactics similar to PUA to tell employees that their work is very poor, making them feel that they cannot ask for better pay. There are also unfriendly senior colleagues, resulting in emotional labor at work. Overall, the work atmosphere is dull and lifeless. Fortunately, I left :)))
