Two days off per week
Don't go.
The company's processes are a complete mess, with decisions changing from one day to the next. Basically, company matters are decided by two managers in the administration department and the boss's wife.
They are very good at passing the buck, simply pushing tasks onto other people and telling you to figure out how to handle them yourselves.
They don't understand anything, yet they want to interfere in everything. They don't respect professional expertise, but still expect professionals to provide their opinions.
The employee turnover rate is high because the company is not good. After joining, you discover that everyone is a newcomer, and then they leave again not long afterward.
