Despite going through the pandemic, the company still has around 20 employees, which is no small achievement. This is probably because the boss has retained his ambitions and wants to produce projects on a large scale. The company’s basic benefits are fairly good. The boss seems to place great importance on personal relationships, social obligations, and etiquette, and does not easily make excuses to cut these benefits. He is a responsible boss. One advantage of working at a production company with many people is that you get to meet more people, and there is greater variety in the types of projects and styles of collaborating with different directors. The work is not too monotonous or boring, and it is highly challenging.

The boss has high standards and tends to favor the strong. Although he is very humorous, honestly, everyone—including me—would like fewer tasks, more money, a workplace farther from home, an enjoyable atmosphere for filming, and to finish work when the time is up and continue filming tomorrow. But given the realities of commercial considerations, it is probably difficult for things to go exactly as people wish.
