1. The promotion and salary adjustment system is very unclear. Although KPIs are ostensibly self-assessed, they must be reviewed by the supervisor, revised according to the supervisor’s wishes, and then uploaded to the system. There are no mid-year or year-end interviews, and problems within the team generally cannot be escalated.

2. If you are applying for the design team, this company is highly unrecommended. The team has only two designers and two assistants, and assistants basically have no room for advancement. The company also does not allocate much budget for development. There are no photoshoots of finished products, so a great deal of time is spent producing composite images. In addition, the senior designer has very poor emotional management, habitually pushing everything down to subordinates and frequently publicly berating assistants. The team atmosphere is poor; after a colleague resigns, they are subjected to all kinds of difficulties and verbal abuse. All design development is reviewed by the associate manager. Each quarter, the team basically keeps producing similar items, resulting in a limited variety, with the company’s proprietary technology taking priority and design serving a supporting role.
