If you want to see what they’re really like, go for an interview.

The worst interview experience I’ve had since I started job hunting.

They didn’t ask about the work I had done in my previous jobs,

nor did they show any respect for my expertise.

I honestly don’t understand why they couldn’t even properly read the applicant’s résumé.

Then, when I came for the interview, I still had to be criticized and talked down to.

Get this straight: I haven’t even joined the company yet.

We’re in an equal, peer-to-peer relationship.

If you don’t respect the interviewee, your company gives a terrible impression.

If you want to ask questions, at least ask them clearly.

You also showed absolutely no interest in understanding someone else’s expertise or work.

So why did you call me in and waste my time? How absurd.

32K is the same as my current salary.

Why would I come to your company? Not to mention that the interview itself already left a terrible impression.

The benefits aren’t particularly good either, yet you have the nerve to tout labor and health insurance and annual leave.

Would you dare not provide them? That would be illegal, wouldn’t it?

The compensation is completely ordinary, yet you act so high and mighty.

And you even want to set up a back-end system for placing orders.

Go find a web engineer instead.

I’ve worked at an integrated marketing company.

I know more than you do, okay? You’re a layperson ordering me around like that.

Who do you think you are? Why don’t you introduce yourself and state your job title first?

I genuinely cannot understand it.
