I was not happy in my job role. Before traveling abroad for treatment for depression, while still debating whether I should see an orthopedic doctor or a psychiatrist, I want to share my story.

I finally discovered something was wrong while reviewing a management detail.

Financial controls and cash flow were often unstable. No one was actually reviewing the fundamental issues of the projects, such as quality, cost control, and feasibility. It was only after joining that I discovered the project was fundamentally infeasible.

The manager at the assigned site was completely useless, as if he were just sitting in that position waiting for retirement. Nothing was transparent—not the company systems, performance bonuses, project information, or anything else.

What is this company, exactly? Before I was hired, the training they described sounded wonderful, but after joining, it seemed like I had simply been left to fend for myself. It makes me wonder how they managed to deceive so many people. What is the truth?

Outsourcing here means treating everyone as disposable chopsticks while relying on seniority and pretending to be impressive when really just shifting the blame, then using only a flirtatious HR representative’s empty temptations to lure newcomers into working themselves to exhaustion and fend for themselves. They have no intention of managing the business seriously. Because of staff shortages, those who shoulder everything cannot attend to every matter thoroughly due to the workload, yet they still have to bear the judgment and consequences of being deemed unprofessional. The organization as a whole is extremely unhealthy, and at least for the time being, the situation cannot be improved within the next year.
