The project planner provided a very thorough explanation of the position and dpi’s current operations, making everything very clear.
They had carefully reviewed my résumé and asked questions about its contents, making the entire interview feel like a casual conversation—very relaxed and pleasant!
The questions were:
1. Self-introduction
2. Why do you want to change jobs?
3. What activities are you responsible for at your current company?
4. Can you ride a scooter?
5. Do you have experience signing contracts with creators?
6. Do you prefer completing work independently or collaborating with others?
7. How would you handle an emotionally unstable colleague?
8. Are you currently applying to other companies?
9. Have you ever attended an art fair?

After the interviewer had asked me nearly ten questions, the interview was coming to an end and she still had not mentioned the benefits at all, so I asked about them.
She said the salary was NT$28,000–32,000, and overtime could only be exchanged for compensatory leave, not money.
Returning to the Facebook recruitment post mentioned at the beginning, it did not disclose the salary. However, the salary for the position I learned about when I came to the interview was “NT$28,000–32,000,” which is clearly illegal in practice. Below is the relevant law I found.
Article 5, Paragraph 2 of the amended Employment Service Act clearly stipulates that when an employer recruits or hires employees, it may not fail to publicly disclose or inform applicants of the salary range when the regular salary for the position offered is less than NT$40,000. Violators are subject to a fine of NT$60,000 to NT$300,000.
It would be better for the company to learn about the Employment Service Act before posting recruitment announcements. ^_^
