Every day is like being a philanthropist

Cons

Working at Lion is highly unrecommended.

In reality, it is a Taiwanese company, even worse than a small or medium-sized enterprise, with absolutely no prospects for development. There are only a few employees, yet people can still be pushed out through political maneuvering and power struggles. The working environment is poor and the atmosphere oppressive. Workplace bullying is severe and commonplace, whether between departments and organizational units or among managers and colleagues. Outsiders lead insiders, and the capabilities of the existing staff are limited. It is not suitable as a career stepping stone. Projects mainly rely on hiring newcomers to do the work—after all, undesirable positions are always assigned to new hires. Be extremely careful with the information you provide during interviews; there is a high chance it will be copied for answers. Cases of deliberately extending probation periods and being deliberately given a hard time after being hired occur frequently. Your chances of promotion and financial success depend on your connections. You may not receive various bonuses, and the salary, benefits, and overall compensation are poor. Ask thorough questions during the interview and compare your options carefully so you do not lose out. I do not know why Lion’s products are becoming worse and worse; perhaps it is cutting costs, treating people like fools, and showing no respect for others. I refuse to use or buy its products. In short, Lion has serious personnel problems. You can ask around and compare it with other companies in the industry. Think carefully before joining—you deserve better.
