The advantage is that it’s very easy to take time off.
1. The company gradually adds many unreasonable business policies to deduct salespeople’s bonuses.
2. The company has a so-called shared bonus pool. To put it nicely, it is said to save the sales team’s company bonuses first; in reality, it is effectively withholding the salespeople’s bonuses, making you think that your hard work will be rewarded at the end of the year. In practice, not a single cent from the pool will be distributed to you.
3. When customer complaints are caused by problems with the products sold by the company, the salespeople’s money is deducted, even though it has nothing to do with the quality of the company’s products.
4. Even if you give one month’s notice before resigning, you still have to work until the 5th of the following month to receive your bonus, which is quite unreasonable.
5. The company supervisors are very good at going in circles. They cannot provide practical solutions to the issues raised by salespeople and keep repeating that they need to ask the boss.
6. Bonuses are paid the following month, but deductions are made very quickly.
