The year-end bonus was reduced by a lot. The company only says business operations are poor, but the favored employees still get the same as before or even more........ Anyone who believes the announcements and emails is an idiot.

I've been with the company for 4 years. Every year's salary adjustment is even smaller than in traditional industries. Is this really a gambling company?

And every year, the year-end banquet is rigged. The people receiving over 100,000 are always that same group... H5, QA, HR, art, app, frontend and backend.

I have impressions of people receiving it two or three times... They're all favored employees. Maybe their year-end bonuses weren't deducted at all... For people like us, getting only 1.5 months' pay is miserably bad.

This year, we went to watch the rigged event again. The deductions were taken from the marginal employees... But this time, even the year-end bonus was extremely small. Afterwards, they said they didn't make any money. Heh.
