If you want to coast until retirement without caring about anything, this is a place you might consider.

A family-and-friends business: those who can do the work are worked to death, yet earn less than the owner's relatives and friends.
At every meeting they ask whether you have any suggestions. When you speak up, they dismiss and argue against what you say, calling it nonsense, then continue to coast.
The tools are never updated; some of them are older than anyone here.
Whenever something goes wrong, it is always blamed on the front line. Management only knows how to shirk responsibility, without considering whether they themselves are part of the problem.
The working environment is extremely poor. The painting and welding areas have no partitions, and there is no intention of improving them, disregarding employees' health.
In summary: Keep away. Friends working in related industries, please think twice before applying.
