Pros
Senior executives have it easy, and the company is very good at managing its image.
Cons
There is a lot of internal turnover, and management is militarized. The HR system is relatively structured, but the management is frightening. Basically, everything is decided by senior executives, who may fire people based on their mood and personal preferences.
