The seats are very spacious.
There is severe internal infighting, few benefits, and the company is very stingy with employees. There are many unfair practices.
It would be bad enough if there were simply no personnel policies, but the system is also very strange. Hiring, development, placement, retention, promotion, and termination are all decided by the immediate supervisor. This is another form of one-person-rule culture. Titles and salaries are assigned according to the immediate supervisor’s mood—in other words, arbitrarily. If the supervisor likes you, you can rise rapidly, regardless of your actual qualifications or conditions.
The HR department’s function here is to handle administration and maximize the interests of management.
