I don’t think it’s very okay. The pie in the sky is too big: the company clearly knows that very few people buy that product, and some may never buy it at all, yet you’re asked to develop it while being offered the highest commission, and they talk about how high your monthly salary can get. I think only managers can reach that level! Also, it’s unrealistic for a pet store to sell products for people; if you can leave, leave quickly.
