There were three people interviewing that day, including me. At the beginning, when introducing the job, the on-site supervisor came across as friendly and not very stressful. Whenever we had questions, they answered politely. They were also never impatient or unwilling to explain just because we were older, and during the interview they always explained things in a way that helped us understand as much as possible.
