The interview was explained fairly clearly.

The manager conducting the interview explained things in quite a lot of detail.

But considering the amount of customer traffic they get, the salary is far too low. They said there would be performance targets and bonuses, but when I asked how much I could roughly expect to earn each month, they couldn’t say. Then I looked at the reviews, and it feels like a very chaotic company.

For such a large brand, the compensation is far too stingy.
