Pros
The interview was simple, and the interviewer had a very good attitude.
Cons
It’s a family business with no systems in place, and employees are also expected to clean the restroom. There is only one.
A lot of things are done in a traditional way, by hand, without systems.
Not suitable for fresh graduates—it would be a waste of time to work there.
