The female manager pretends to know what she’s doing but doesn’t, meddles in everything, and does not follow the Labor Standards Act. She constantly changes her decisions, making it impossible for employees to comply. She also does not establish company policies; everything is decided by her.
She only thinks about how to get employees to do more work, and even orders them to run errands after work.
Then she insists that you handle tasks outside your professional field, only to criticize your work afterward.
The female manager even quibbles over a 5-dollar difference in shipping costs. The company tries to save money on everything—far beyond what is reasonable!
