None that I can think of at the moment

The position I originally interviewed for was at a store, but later, when I asked whether it could be changed to the central kitchen, my messages went unanswered for a long time. When I called using the contact information listed on the job bank, the person who answered actually said they were not an employee of GUMGUMGREENERY?

Is there a problem with the company's recruitment process?

Or did the company simply pick someone at random and list them as a contact person on the job bank?

This makes me quite concerned about whether this company's human resources department is professional……
